Summary
We are realising the "Altglienicker Gärten” in a joint venture with INTERBODEN. The development in the Treptow-Köpenick district is located next to the new Berlin airport “BER”. It is a family-friendly residential complex encompassing a total of 76 units and a shared underground car park. All four buildings sprawl along a generously designed urban green area. With respect to sustainability, the project satisfies high German energy efficiency standards.
