Summary
benchmark. is building a sustainable, future-oriented office building in one of the northern districts of Frankfurt, close to CBD. The project “EFEUS” is an existing building that will be dismantled down to the supporting structure and subsequently restored to new building quality through core refurbishment in accordance with EU taxonomy while also fulfilling the latest sustainability requirements and contemporary demands -and even more- for office use.
The development offers 9.500 m² of office space including a co-working zone on the ground floor and a roof terrace with a fantastic skyline view, surrounded by extensive greenery. The project meets the requirements of efficiency house 40 defined by KFW and is one of Germanys first buildings matching and even surpass Paris’ 1.5 Degree-Criteria.
