benchmark. leases 1,800 m² to BCA AG
Frankfurt am Main, 03.11.2022 – The real estate developer benchmark. REAL Estate (benchmark.) has signed a long-term lease with BCA AG for approximately 1,800 m² of space in its office development “TOWNUS” in the city of Oberursel near Frankfurt. Since its foundation in 1985, BCA AG has been one of Germany's market-leading broker pools. In addition to the holding company, the group includes the securities trading bank BfV Bank für Vermögen AG, CARAT Fonds Service AG, BCA Versicherungsvermittlungsservice GmbH and the IT company asuro GmbH. The BCA Group currently maintains a sales partnership with around 8,500 independent financial service providers. Rolf Schünemann, CEO of BCA AG, explains the decision: "With the new lease, we remain loyal to our headquarters in Oberursel and at the same time we provide our colleagues with modern as well as attractively connected office workplaces."
BCA AG will move into the office building at Frankfurter Landstraße 66, which comprises around 13,000 m² of rental space, at the end of 2023. More than 60 per cent of TOWNUS is already let well before completion. In addition to BCA AG, the State of Hesse and the gym operator FITSEVENELEVEN have already signed long-term leases. The WiredScore-certified building will offer 308 parking spaces. The site is very well connected to the city centre of Frankfurt am Main via motorway and public transport.
