Frankfurt am Main, 28 June 2019 – Marcus Blumenthal will assume the role of Head of
Acquisition at benchmark. REAL Estate GmbH (benchmark.). The newly created position
docks directly onto the developer's executive management.
Marcus Blumenthal studied architecture and business administration at universities at home
and abroad. He has over twenty years of experience in project development, most recently as
managing director of arc.2 Consultant GmbH in Frankfurt am Main. "I have planned projects
for many properties in almost all asset classes. I know just how crucial effective acquisition
processes are for the success of project developments, particularly in the intensely competitive
market environment we have today."
