benchmark. completes first Hyatt House in the Rhine-Main area
Frankfurt am Main, 30.01.2020 - benchmark. REAL Estate GmbH has completed the first Hyatt House in the Rhine-Main in time. LIST Bau Rhine-Main was the general contractor. The Extended Stay Hotel at Frankfurter Strasse 77 in Eschborn will open its doors at the beginning of February. The hotel is operated by the Berlin based HR Group, a hotel operating company with almost 50 houses. Buyer and future owner of the property is Union Investment. The property belongs to the portfolio of the open-ended public property fund immofonds 1, which is market exclusively in Austria.
The Hyatt House is a hotel in the select service segment. In comparison to classic hotels, approximately 65 percent of the rooms are equipped for guests planning a longer stay. A total of 190 rooms have been created on almost 9,000 sqm of floor space.
The extended stay concept is also reflected in the room furnishings. About two thirds of the units were equipped with a kitchenette – a compact, fully functional kitchenette. Guests also have access to an always opened "H-Market" with a selection of snacks and drinks. Hyatt House also offers a fitness area. In this way, the quality of the stay should always remain at a high level, even during longer visits. On the ground floor, a lounge with reception and a café offering breakfast, drinks and snacks as well as a spacious terrace complete the offer. The guests can use approx. 95 car parking spaces.
With the Hyatt House Frankfurt Eschborn benchmark. successfully completes its sixth hotel development within the last three years. "Hotels live on a good concept, friendly service and their location.
