benchmark. brings new Head of Finance on board
– benchmark. REAL Estate GmbH welcomes two new additions: Alexander Kreitz, the new Head of Finance is responsible for the task fields of accounting, controlling and financing. He is working from the benchmark. branch in Duisburg and the Monheim office. Eurik Heuvens starts as Junior Project Manager at the Frankfurt headquarter of the nationwide active project developer.
The business graduate and IFRS Accountant Alexander Kreitz switches from the Klépierre Management Deutschland GmbH in Duisburg to benchmark. There, he oversaw budgeting, preparation of financial statements and the drafting of management reporting within corporate controlling. Furthermore, from 2008 till 2017, the forty-three-year-old worked for the FRTG Group in Düsseldorf as team manager of tax consultancy.
The twenty-eight-year-old Erik Heuvens previously worked as Junior Project Manager for the BaseCamp Student GmbH in Frankfurt. Already before completion of his Master of Engineering programme “Project Management Construction” in Heidelberg he gained work experience in the real estate industry at INTERBODEN and the GBI AG, amongt others.
