benchmark. and INTERBODEN joint venture intends to realize condominiums in Berlin
The real estate developer benchmark. REAL Estate (benchmark.) and the INTERBODEN Group have purchased two plots in the Berlin district of Treptow-Köpenick. The joint venture intends to realize approximately 80 condominiums in the mid-price segment as well as around 80 car parking spaces in a street called Pfarrwöhrde.The plan envisages several buildings and a underground car park with a gross floor area of around 7,500 m² on the 7,768 m² site. Benchmark. and INTERBODEN are focusing on a broad mix of flats with units ranging from around 52 m² to around 106 m² of living area. Children's play areas and bicycle storage facilities are part of the landscaped outdoor areas. In consultation with the local authorities, the joint venture will examine whether it is possible to make better use of the site to create more living space. The project should be completed by the end of 2024.
The site is located in a residential area and connected to public transport via the city train station Adlershof. The nearby autobahn A113 provides access to long-distance traffic. The new capital airport Berlin-Brandenburg Airport can be reached by car in around 15 minutes. Extensive woodlands and two lidos are located within a radius of a few kilometres around the site.
