Elke Männl is head of the Frankfurt branch of the real estate developer benchmark. REAL Estate GmbH. The 56-year-old has been working for the company as a project manager since 2011. In 2017 she was granted power of attorney. With her colleagues Kay Strehle at the Duisburg location and Stephan Plog at the Berlin branch, Elke Männl thus forms the management level of the company directly underneath the management of Götz U. Hufenbach and Martin Hantel.
Before joining benchmark., Elke Männl worked as a project manager for LBBW Immobilien Development from 2008 to 2011. Before that, the architect and real estate economist (ebs) worked for Wayss & Freytag AG and accompanied project developments throughout Germany.
