Benchmark. celebrates roofing ceremony of TOWNUS office complex near Frankfurt
Yesterday we celebrated the roofing ceremony for our office complex TOWNUS in Oberursel. It’s another important milestone for an outstanding office property. Once completed, the WiredScore-certified building with around 13,000 sqm of office rental space will meet the latest digital standards. The TOWNUS is already 70 percent leased. The first tenants will be able to move into their new premises from the end of 2023 – which means that we and our general contractor Köster are currently on schedule.
