Frankfurt am Main, 02.07.2019 – In future, benchmark. Investment GmbH and benchmark. REAL Estate Development GmbH will trade under the name, benchmark. REAL Estate GmbH (benchmark.). With this, the Frankfurt company is integrating all previous investment and development business into a single entity. benchmark. specialises in the development of residential, hotel and office real estate. Since 2009 benchmark. has realised projects with a total volume of several hundred million Euro. The company is active right across Germany and currently managing projects with a development volume of around 300 million Euro. "This integration gives us scope for strategic further development of the company. This applies to our further growth, as well as to the expansion of our business activities", says Götz U. Hufenbach, managing partner of benchmark. Martin Hantel, also a managing partner, adds: "After almost ten years of successful activity as a developer, this integration sees us taking a logical step whilst simultaneously keeping open all options for action."
